What is ACE?¶
ACE (AWS Customer Engagement) is AWS's partner opportunity sharing system. When you submit a co-sell opportunity, a well-structured brief increases your chances of getting AWS support and faster deal progression.

Describes the customer's pain points:

Details your proposed approach:
- Product/service offering
- Implementation approach
- Differentiators from alternatives
- Expected outcomes
4. AWS Alignment Section¶
Demonstrates AWS partnership value:

- Marketplace listing (if applicable)
- AWS Partner competencies relevant
- Joint value proposition

Best Practices¶
Be Specific

AWS Alignment
Emphasize how your solution uses or integrates with AWS services. This increases AWS motivation to support the deal.
Marketplace First
If the deal can transact through AWS Marketplace, mention this prominently. Marketplace deals get prioritized attention.
