How It Works

Step 1: Company Profile

Your company profile is prefilled from existing data. The wizard also performs AI-enriched website analysis to extract:

  • Technologies and AWS services used
  • Unique value propositions
  • Company size and stage mapping
  • Industry verticals

Step 2: Program Selection & Inputs

Select your target funding program and provide program-specific details:

  • Project scope and objectives
  • Expected outcomes and metrics
  • AWS services to be leveraged
  • Timeline and budget requirements

Step 3: AI-Powered Generation

The wizard generates your application using:

  • Knowledge Base Grounding — Pulls context from apn-funding-programs and apn-partner-operations Knowledge Bases
  • Brand Voice — Maintains your company's tone and messaging
  • Program Templates — Follows AWS-specific formatting and requirements

Step 4: Dry-Run Evaluation

Before submission, the wizard runs your application through AI reviewer personas:

  • Funding Reviewer — Evaluates business case strength, alignment with program goals
  • Technical Reviewer — Assesses technical feasibility and AWS service integration

Each reviewer provides:

  • Quality score
  • Strengths and weaknesses
  • Specific improvement recommendations

Step 5: Export & Submit

Export your completed application:

  • Markdown — Formatted for documentation
  • Plain Text — Ready for Partner Central forms
  • Clipboard — Quick copy-paste

Approval Analytics

Track your funding application outcomes over time:

  • Approval rates by program type
  • Quality score trends
  • Common feedback patterns
  • Success factor analysis
