1. Engagement¶
- ☐ GTM Audit (Standard) — $2,500, 5 business days from kickoff
- ☐ GTM Audit (Comprehensive) — $5,000, 10 business days (adds competitive analysis + 90-day action plan)
2. Scope & Deliverables (Standard)¶
- Marketplace Listing Diagnostic — discoverability score, search-ranking review,
AI-assistant/agent-readability assessment of
[LISTING URL]. - GTM Motion Review — current funnel, co-sell posture (ACE/Partner Central), content and demand-gen review against the PRIME framework.
- Written Audit Report (15–25 pages) — scorecard across PRIME dimensions, prioritized findings, and concrete recommendations sequenced by effort/impact.
- Readout call (60 min) — walkthrough + Q&A. (Comprehensive adds: competitor listing benchmark (3 competitors) + 90-day action plan.)
Out of scope: implementation of recommendations, listing rewrites, content production, ACE submissions (each available under a separate SOW or via the Vellocity platform).
3. Client Inputs (due at kickoff)¶
Listing URL and Seller account context, current GTM materials, 30-min kickoff call, named point of contact. Timeline starts when inputs are received.
4. Fees & Payment¶
Standard: $2,500 due in full on SOW execution. Comprehensive: $2,500 on execution, $2,500 on delivery. Payment by invoice/payment link (QuickBooks/Stripe).
5. Platform Trial Bridge¶
Engagement includes a 30-day Vellocity Accelerate trial activated at report delivery. Trial converts to a paid subscription only with Client's separate written agreement to the platform Terms of Service.
