Credits & Usage

Every Vellocity plan includes a monthly credit allotment per AI model — words, images, image-to-video, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and text-to-video. The View Your Credits panel shows, at a glance, how much of each you have left, when it renews, and which plan you're on.

Open the panel

  1. Sign in to your Vellocity account.
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Select View Your Credits.

You can also reach your plan details under Plan in the same menu.

Reading your credits

The panel shows one row per AI model you have access to:

  • Plan badge & renewal date — your current plan (e.g. Starter) and when the allotment resets (Renews Jul 16, 2026, or Trial ends … during a trial).
  • Remaining / allowance — for each model, the credits left this cycle out of your monthly grant (e.g. 258k / 430k left).
  • Progress bar — a quick read on how much is left:
Bar color Meaning
Purple Healthy — more than 40% of the allotment remaining
Amber Running low — 40% or less remaining
Red Nearly out — 15% or less remaining

Credits reset to the full allotment on your renewal date. Usage-based features draw down the matching model's balance as you generate.

When you have no plan yet

A brand-new or lapsed account has no allotment, so the panel shows a "No credits yet" prompt with a Choose a plan button instead of an empty table. Pick a plan to unlock the AI tools — your word, image, audio, and video credits appear here immediately after you subscribe.

Unlimited accounts

Administrator and unlimited accounts see a single Unlimited access line rather than per-model bars — there's no allotment to track.

Running low?

If a model's bar is amber or red before your renewal date, you have two options:

  • Buy a Credit Pack — a one-time top-up that covers overflow automatically when a model's monthly pool runs out. Pack credits roll forward and don't reset.
  • Upgrade your plan — use Upgrade Plan in the panel (or Plan in the menu) to move to a tier with a larger allotment.

Demo accounts

Demo accounts get a limited daily allotment that tops up automatically each day, so you can keep exploring throughout your demo period. Demo accounts cannot make real purchases — the Upgrade Plan options route to your account team instead.
